JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73407 of 2018 with direction to the trial court to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of four months and if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the period of four months has already been expired and he has been in judicial custody for eight months and though charge has been framed but no witness has been examined uptil now.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32259 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-02nd, cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Purnea, in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 630 of 2018 (Special Excise Case No. 986 of 2018), subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
