JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him on the ground that the deceased had sweet relation with daughter of Krishna Deo Mehta but subsequently, the aforesaid Krishna Deo Mehta started negotiation of his daughter with another person but the deceased opposed the aforesaid negotiation and on the aforesaid basis, the informant suspected that the aforesaid Krishna Deo Mehta with the help of the petitioner and others, might have committed murder of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Krishna Deo Mehta has

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K.
