JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the petitioner beseeches indulgence of this Hon'ble Court with a prayer for issuance of writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to grant Dearness Allowance with yearly increment from 11.05.1988 to March 2011, apart from grant of 1st ACP in the scale of 650010500 since 09.08.1999 and 2nd ACP

Patna High Court CWJC No.13855 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 in the scale of 10000-15200 since dated 08.02.2003, and its consequential benefits by regularizing the period from 01.12.1989 to 10.05.1990 and from 01.11.2005 to 31.12.2008, whereby his pension, group insurance, general provident fund, gratuity and leave encashment would also get revised in pursuance of his yearly increments, dearness allowance, and benefits of ACP are granted."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances in light of letter no. 75 dated 08.02.2020, issued by the Executive Engineer, Waterways Division, Kunti (Jharkhand). Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
