JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but specific allegation of causing death of the deceased is against coaccused Anil Yadav. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Bijay Yadav and Lagin Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S.Case No. 296 of 2014.
