JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2024 This writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to make payment of due differential amount of A.C.P and M.A.C.P along with admissible as well as penal interest.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in
Patna High Court CWJC No.8538 of 2024(2) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 this regard he has filed a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah (Respondent No. 3) on 04.04.2024 and the same has not been disposed of yet.
3. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Education Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah (Respondent No. 3) within four weeks from today with supportive documents.
4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, the Respondent No. 3 shall disposed of the same, after hearing the parties in accordance with law and if any admissible due amount if found payable to the petitioner, the same must be paid within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.
5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
