After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to file representation before the competent authority.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to file a representation before the competent authority within 30 days from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority, same shall be disposed of at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation in accordance with law. With the above direction and observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
