2. From perusal of the office notes, it appears that the notice issued upon the respondent no. 4 has been validly served but nobody appears on its behalf.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in Pramod Jha & Anr. v. Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University & Anr. in CWJC No. 9767 of 2019 dated 08.04.2024.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10044 of 2020(6) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions, the writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3, The Registrar, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga and Respondent No. 4, The Governing Body, Mukhlal Sanskrit Upshastri Mahavidyalaya, Bandhu Chapra, District- Bhojpur by filing a representation along with all supporting judgments and documents especially the order passed in the case of Pramod Jha (supra) within a period of four weeks, which shall be decided by Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

5. Respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the petition stands dispose of.
