According to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Sunny Kumar who opened fire on the deceased.

So far as petitioner is concerned, he, too, fired on the informant and others but admittedly, informant as well as others did not sustain any injury.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court in Rajapakar P.S. Case no. 17/2014.
