The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Rishi Kumar and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, charge sheet has already been submitted.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
