JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai to enforce his own order dated 28.09.2018, passed in Case No. 553(M)/2015 under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his relief to grant of liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Begusarai and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Begusarai for redressal of his grievance apart from grant of liberty to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
