Petitioner was earlier granted privilege of bail in the year 2006 but his bail bond was cancelled on 4.5.2010 as he failed to appear before the trial court, particularly, in the circumstance, when attendances of the prosecution witnesses was filed. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 3.1.2015 and he has sufficiently been punished for his above stated fault. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Lakhisarai in Sessions Trial no. 188A/2010 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case no. 13/2006 subject to the condition that petitioner shall attend the learned trial court in person on each and every date for the period of one year or till conclusion of his trial whichever is earlier
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16432 of 2015 (3) dt.03-08-2015 and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates without any reasonable explanation, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
