The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made an allegation that the petitioner after marriage with his daughter used to torture his daughter. Rukhsati was not being performed and on account of such his daughter committed suicide by hang. The daughter of the informant died in her house. The petitioner is of course husband of the deceased but he is in jail since 14.10.2014 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16251 of 2015 (3) dt.24-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Paharkatta Pothia P.S. Case No. 162 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2015.
