The petitioner has renewed his prayer for provisional bail in connection with S.T. No.135/2014 arising out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No.196/2012, registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the learned ADJ-V, Bhojpur at Ara.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury on the temporal region of the nephew of the informant. The accusation is being corroborated by the postmortem report. The report of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, dated 16.02.2017, reflects that the prosecution evidence has closed and trial is fixed for defence evidence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10610 of 2016 (4) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 Considering the advance stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order.

It is expected from the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
