====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 The short prayer in the present case is to dispose off the Encroachment case no. 20 of 2017-18, pending before the court of Circle Officer, Harsidhi, East Champaran.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the Circle Officer, Harsidhi, East Champaran to dispose of the Encroachment case no. 20 of 2017-18 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order positively and remove the encroachments, if found.

The present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
