The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64258 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 06.12.2022, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been granted by this Court, but due to typographical error the the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed in the aforesaid order as 'village-Chapaki, P.S.-Sadar, District-Darbhanga' in place of ' village-Pholhar,Ward No.5, P.S.- Harlakhi, District-Madhubani'.

Let the order dated 06.12.2022 'village-Chapaki, P.S.-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40295 of 2023(3) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Sadar, District-Darbhanga' be read as 'village-Pholhar,Ward No.5, P.S.-Harlakhi, District-Madhubani'.

For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64258 of 2022 is extended by two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 06.12.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
