JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Warsaliganj P.S.Case No. 173 of 2014 registered u/s 147, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504 IPC.

The deceased was killed on account of previous enmity by pressing his chest which resulted into breaking several ribs.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has wrongly been made accused in his case and the fact is that earlier brother of the petitioner was killed and on that account he has been roped in this case.

Looking to the nature of allegation and the attending facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
