JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 The learned Mediator Sri Rana Pratap Singh, vide his report, dated 05.11.2019 has reported that the dispute of the parties have already been settled in terms and conditions as attached with the aforesaid report.

In view of the aforesaid report, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender withing four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P. S. Case No. 809 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
