The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 389/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that police arrested five accused persons including this petitioner from the place of occurrence with various arms and ammunition and motorcycle. Seizure-list is part of F.I.R., which shows that recovery of arms and ammunition and motorcycle have been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S.
