The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons surrounded and started abusing the informant and role attributed to this petitioner is that he shot fire to the brother of the informant, Kapil Yadav which inflicted fire arm injury in his left shoulder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury of the brother of the informant is simple in nature and petitioner is in jail custody since 20.01.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
