JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be owner of motor garage from where stolen truck was recovered.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid truck had been brought to the garage of the petitioner by F.I.R named accused Brajesh Singh and petitioner was not aware that the aforesaid truck was stolen property. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 03.01.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
