The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner and his son assaulted his daughter and killed her. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she is in jail since 06.06.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a year. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
