JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 18-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State as well as counsel for the informant. Petitioners seek bail in Rahui P.S. Case No.387 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, there is allegation that husband of the informant had gone with Chandan Yadav, but he did not return. The informant made search and went to the house of Chandan Yadav, but no reply was given. Dead body of husband of the informant was lying under bridge and blood was oozing out from ear.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father and brother of Chandan Yadav. They have no concern

Petitioners are in custody since 02.01.2019 having clean antecedents.
Counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rahui P.S.
