This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Penal Code. There is direct allegation on the petitioner to have assaulted by lathi to Satyendra Yadav and the injury report suggests that the injury is by hard and blunt substance and fracture on the skull.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
