Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and learned Sessions Judge has observed in the impugned order that no cogent material was found against the petitioner in course of investigation and only suspicion has been raised against her who happens to be wife of FIR named accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
