The first information report reflects that none had seen the actual killing of the deceased and the informant doubted about the involvement of the petitioner in the present crime on the ground that at the time of election, petitioner had given threatening of dire consequences to the deceased and it appears that except the aforesaid fact, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 10.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
