The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2015 in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and has falsely been named in connection with the present case by a person inimical to himself. It is further submitted that no kidnapping had actually taken place and very next day of the lodging of the first information report victim himself came back.
