JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In course of investigation, petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.12.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No. 252 of 2014.
