Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and, furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 4.10.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan (M) P.S.Case No. 402 of 2015.
