In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents specially Respondent no 2 to delete forthwith the name of the petitioner from the list of debarred contractors as circulated vide departmental letter no 7725 dated 29.6.2017(wherein the name of the Petitioner is at serial no 596) on the ground that the work, which could not be completed as per agreement date of completion has already been completed.

(iii) That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant any other relief or reliefs to the petitioners as this Hon'ble Court may thinks it proper in the present facts and circumstances of this case."
