JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Arman Ali and thereafter, allegedly some cash amounting to Rs. 1600/- was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Admittedly, co-accused, Arman Ali has already been granted privilege of bail. Para-3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
