Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.9.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and section 3/ 4 of the explosive Substance Act against unknown persons. In course of investigation, one Md. Shahid was arrested and he confessed his guilt disclosing the involvement of the petitioner and after that the petitioner was arrested and he, too, confessed his guilt. It appears that except confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent, I.O could not succeed to collect any cogent evidence against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
