JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Bomb was recovered from an abandoned thatched room belonging to one Naresh Sah wherein straw was kept and accordingly, FIR was registered against unknown. Subsequently thereof, as is evident from the order impugned, petitioner's involvement has been traced out during course of investigation. Accordingly, petitioner, Munna Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-9, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with S.Tr. No. 637 of 2014/207 of 2014 arising out of Pakridayal PS Case No. 117 of 2013.
