Petitioner seeks bail in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.344 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 216, 120-B Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report there is specific allegation against Rohit Kumar Singh of causing firearm injury to brother of the informant. Petitioner is only alleged to have arrived at the place of occurrence with another co-accused by motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
