Petitioners are in jail custody since 20.1.2016 in a case registered under sections 420,406, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although petitioners are said to have been caught on the spot while they were found engaged in preparation of forged documents through the process of the computer but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the aforesaid computer center stands in the name of one Anamika Rai who happens to be wife of Dhananjay Kumar Rai.

Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the
