2. By filing this writ application petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to pass appropriate direction, order or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the son of petitioner namely, Shlok @ Shlok Singh as 'Bal Sipahi' on compassionate ground.

3. During the course of argument advanced by learned counsel for petitioner, it was brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for respondents that respondent authorities considered to appoint the son of petitioner on compassionate ground and decision has been taken by the concerned authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.9048 of 2023(2) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 and therefore, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this case.
