JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have been caught by the informant when they along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Admittedly, no arms was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and only two vehicles were seized from the spot and the petitioners claimed themselves to be drivers of respective vehicles. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
