From the written report itself, it is evident that petitioner did not fire upon the informant rather, during course of scuffle, it got fired and on account thereof, petitioner is under custody since 22.02.2015.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Ram Tahal @ Murari Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur PS Case No.53/2014.
