JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report along with other accused persons having omnibus allegation of assault but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, co-accused Vinod Thakur has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and the first information report of the present case reflects that the alleged occurrence took place on account of petty dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.10094 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Dhaka in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.Case No. 123 of 2015.
