JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Criminal Miscellaneous No.17708 of 2015 wherein Atul Kumar Ojha is the petitioner as well as Criminal Miscellaneous No.20197 of 2015 wherein Kripa Patel @ Kripa Shankar Prasad is the petitioner commonly originate out of Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.217 of 2014 on account thereof, both have been heard together and are being disposed of by a common order.

On seeing the police personnel, it has been alleged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17708 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 that both the petitioners leaving motorcycle began to flee, chased, apprehended and on account thereof, are under custody since 24.08.2014. The aforesaid motorcycle happens to be the subject matter of Gopalganj P.S. Case No.578 of 2014. Both petitioners happens to be an accused in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.578 of 2014 only.

Accordingly, petitioner Atul Kumar Ojha, Kripa Patel @ Kripa Shankar Prasad each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.217 of 2014.
