The petitioner seeks bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 304(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By filing supplementary affidavit, the petitioner has brought on record deposition of father of the deceased, which is at Annexure 2 to the supplementary affidavit, wherein, it is stated that on 23.09.2021, the informant of the case, who is father of the deceased, was examined before the trial court and in the whole deposition, he has not supported the prosecution case and stated that petitioner has not committed the murder of his daughter. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the material available on record and in view of deposition of the informant, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020.
