JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014 and after that he was remanded in this case and confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present crime as well as some other crimes but admittedly, no looted property has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it appears that except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd
