This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 402 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 429, 153-A, 295-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and under Section 345 read with Section 429 of the Bihar Municipality Act, 2007.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant
