At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 2 has been arrested during the pendency of the petition so it has become infructuous as against him.

This application in respect of petitioner no. 2, namely, Ramparwesh Yadav @ Rampravesh Yadav @ Rampravesh Kumar Yadav is dismissed.

So far as petitioner no. 1is concerned, he has committed theft of Rs.20,000/- from the informant. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
