The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 377, 201, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 4, 6, 8, 10 of POCSO Act. The petitioner is alleged to have committed unnatural offence with the minor boy.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Kanchan/- U T
