JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was working in the concerned office at the time of alleged dacoity but in course of investigation, police suspected that it was petitioner, who had given information and signal to the dacoits. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.01.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S.Case No. 192 of 2015.
