It has been alleged against the petitioner to have indulged in selling of spurious wine and during conduction of raid 150 litres thereof, was seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 06/03/2015. From para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioner has no criminal antecedents. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Ramchandra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad PS Case No. 104/2015.
