The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Darpa P.S.Case No.
of registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,324,504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he shot fire which hit on the right side chest of the informant. Injury report shows (1) a lacerated wound inverted margin with peripheral tattooing 1/1/2"x1/2" in size in back of scull in occipital region. No exit wound seen, (2) a tattooing wound over right side front of chest 3" above the right nipple measuring 2"x2" round oval shape with mild charring around the wound, no wound of exit found on x-ray- bullet like foreign body seen in chest and nature of injury- grievous.
Having regard to the fact there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner and manner of injuries, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
