Taking into account the status of petitioners to be same and similar than that of Rajesh Mahto, who had already been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.8232 of 2015. Accordingly, petitioners, Hiralal Mahto and Tapeshwar Mahto each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.
