29-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 07.09.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 19458 of 2020 (Annexure-1).

On last occasion, vide order dated 18.08.2021, a report regarding present stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. Trial Court report reveals that out of nine chargesheeted witnesses, two witnesses have already been examined and the case is fixed for examination of rest of the witnesses.

Consideration the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019, the Trial
