JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 563 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the seriousness of allegation of looting money and also criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner.
